Naše škola se zapojila do mezinárodního programu Erasmus+, který podporuje studentské a učitelské výměny za účelem rozvoje dovedností a znalostí na evropské úrovni. V rámci tohoto programu budou mít studenti možnost strávit semestr na partnerských školách v různých evropských zemích, kde se zapojí do odborných praxí, kulturních aktivit a jazykových kurzů. Učitelé se zase mohou účastnit odborných školení a sdílet osvědčené pedagogické praxe se svými evropskými kolegy. Tento program je skvělou příležitostí jak pro studenty, tak pro učitele rozšířit své obzory, získat nové zkušenosti a navázat mezinárodní kontakty. Těšíme se na první výjezd našich studentů, který je naplánován na jaro příštího roku, a budeme vás průběžně informovat o jejich zážitcích a přínosech z této unikátní vzdělávací zkušenosti.

Our School Joins the Erasmus+ International Program: New Opportunities for Students and Teachers

In the spring of next year, our school will take part in an exciting and prestigious international initiative: the Erasmus+ program. This European Union-supported program is aimed at facilitating cross-border exchanges for both students and teachers in order to enhance skills, broaden knowledge, and foster cooperation on a European level. Our involvement in Erasmus+ marks a significant step towards providing a modern, practice-oriented education, fully in line with today’s international standards.

What is Erasmus+?

Erasmus+ is the European Union’s flagship program that promotes international mobility and collaboration in the field of education, training, and youth work. It enables students and teachers from varying backgrounds and fields of study to spend time at partner institutions across Europe. Each participant has the unique opportunity to experience new teaching and learning methods while gaining first-hand insight into different cultures and educational systems.

Student Mobility: Semester Abroad and Practical Experience

Thanks to our engagement with Erasmus+, selected students will acquire the chance to spend a semester studying at partner schools in various European countries. The program is designed to be comprehensive: participants can attend vocational placements directly related to their field of study, engage in cultural activities, and participate in language courses. These experiences help students to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world contexts, develop critical thinking, and become more adaptable and independent—qualities highly valued in the modern European labor market.

A major benefit is also the improvement of language competences. By communicating daily with peers and instructors abroad, students enhance their fluency in foreign languages and gain confidence necessary for further study or employment within the EU.

Professional Development for Teachers

Erasmus+ is not only about students—teachers also benefit significantly. Our teaching staff will soon have the opportunity to participate in specialized training seminars, observe classes at partner schools, and share best teaching practices with colleagues across Europe. We are particularly pleased that the first group of our students will be travelling abroad as early as next spring.
