Zavedení nového programu pro rozvoj měkkých dovedností na střední škole: Jak studenti využívají příležitosti pro osobní růst a přípravu na pracovní trh V letošním školním roce byl na naší střední škole poprvé spuštěn nový program zaměřený na systematický rozvoj měkkých dovedností studentů. Tento inovativní projekt reaguje na stále rostoucí požadavky zaměstnavatelů i vysokých škol, kteří vedle odborných znalostí kladou stále větší důraz právě na tzv. soft skills – tedy například schopnost komunikace, týmové spolupráce, adaptace na změny, kritického myšlení nebo efektivního řešení konfliktů. Celý program byl koncipován ve spolupráci s odborníky z pedagogické a organizační psychologie a zahrnuje pravidelné workshopy, projektové vyučování i konkrétní modelové situace simulující pracovní prostředí. Během jednotlivých lekcí se studenti učí, jak efektivně prezentovat své nápady, vyjednávat v týmu či kriticky zhodnotit dostupné informace. Součástí jsou i praktické tréninky na zvládání stresových situací nebo rozvoj asertivity, což jsou dovednosti, které ocení nejen na trhu práce, ale i v dalším studiu a osobním životě.
