The General Assembly will resume a rare emergency special session at 10am on Tuesday in New York on the issue of Israeli actions in occupied East Jerusalem and the rest of the Occupied Palestinian Territory with Palestine expected to introduce a draft resolution that would, among other things, demand an end to the occupation within one year.
