New Partnership Between Local High School and Technology Company Brings Hands-On Artificial Intelligence Training to Students
In June 2026, students at our high school received a unique educational opportunity thanks to a newly established partnership with InnovateTech, a renowned company specialized in artificial intelligence and data science. The collaboration is designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom and the practical skills increasingly required in the modern workforce, especially in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence (AI).
As part of this partnership, students enrolled in technical and IT programs are participating in a pilot series of interactive workshops and project-based training sessions focused on AI fundamentals and real-world applications. Activities are led by experienced professionals from InnovateTech, who introduce students to the latest trends in AI, including machine learning, neural networks, and data analytics. Through specialized sessions, students have the ability to explore how artificial intelligence powers contemporary technologies such as voice assistants, image recognition systems, and automated logistics.
A key benefit of the project is its strong focus on hands-on experience. Participants are actively involved in solving practical problems using AI-based tools and software provided by the company. For example, students have been challenged to program simple neural networks, analyze data sets using machine learning algorithms, and experiment with predictive modeling. These activities are designed not only to stimulate their curiosity, but also to enhance their analytical thinking and teamwork.
Beyond the workshops, students also have the chance to visit InnovateTech’s modern development labs, witnessing firsthand how AI solutions are designed, tested, and deployed in real-world industrial settings. The excursions allow them to engage directly with development teams, ask questions, and better understand the wide range of career paths associated with artificial intelligence.
Teachers and school management highlight the exceptional value this partnership brings to the curriculum. They note that exposure to industry practices and advanced AI technologies greatly motivates students and helps them better connect concepts learned in school with opportunities in the tech sector. The interactive format and project-based assignments simulate workplace conditions, which is highly appreciated by both students and educators.
Another significant aspect of the collaboration is mentorship: selected students are given the opportunity to join a longer-term mentorship program at InnovateTech, where they can work on solutions to real company projects under the guidance of professional engineers and data scientists. This unique experience not only deepens their technical abilities but also helps them develop important soft skills such as communication, project planning, and problem solving in team settings.
The newly established link between our school and InnovateTech is a testament to the growing importance of integrating advanced digital skills into secondary education. By providing access to cutting-edge technologies and the insights of industry experts, our students gain a crucial advantage for their further studies and future employment in fast-developing fields.
We thank the InnovateTech team for their openness and the intensive involvement of their specialists. Special recognition also goes to the school’s vocational instructors, who have been instrumental in organizing and facilitating these workshops. We look forward to continued cooperation and to reporting on further outcomes and student achievements arising from this forward-thinking educational initiative.
