Qatar: Absence of a regional collective security system is fuelling crisis in the Gulf

The crisis in the Gulf should come as a surprise to no one, the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani said on Tuesday, describing it as the cumulative result of years of delay, crisis management through temporary fixes, and unrealistic policies.
