In recent years, the global educational landscape has undergone rapid transformation, largely driven by technological advancements and a growing emphasis on individualized learning. Two key trends shaping the future of education are adaptive learning systems and personalized education. These approaches use technology to tailor instruction, content, and pace to meet the unique needs of each learner, moving away from the traditional “one-size-fits-all” classroom model. But how exactly are these innovations changing schools, and what are the main benefits and challenges they present?

What Is Adaptive and Personalized Learning?

Adaptive learning refers to educational technologies that dynamically adjust the presentation of material based on students’ real-time responses and learning progress.
