At Global Citizen Festival, UN deputy chief urges action to achieve development goals

The UN Deputy Secretary-General told thousands gathered in New York’s Central Park on Saturday that although it is easy to be miserable in today’s world, they have the power to defeat poverty, defend the planet and demand equity.
